Our Business Policy
Payment: (non-Wedding)
A Non—Refundable, Non-Transferable deposit of
$ 200.00 is required to confirm our services.
A Final Payment of all charges will be required five (5) Business days prior to your event. We accept Cash, Cashier Check, Personal Check and all Major Credit Cards as final Payment. All returned Checks will be subjected to $ 35.00 Charge.
Payment for Weddings
A Non—Refundable, Non-Transferable deposit of
25% is required to confirm our services.
A Final Payment of all charges will be required Fourteen (14) Business days prior to your event. We accept Cash, Cashier Check, Personal Check as final Payment. All returned Checks will be subjected to $ 35.00 Charge.
Credit Card Service fee of 3% will be Added to order.
Vendor Policy:
We Would Glady Supply you with a list of Approved.
Disk Jockey's, Photographers, Florists, Bakeries, Etc.
All Vendors must Supply Imperial's Catering LLC a copy of Their Insurance and Imperial's Catering LLC. Would need to be Listed as Additional Insured
Vendor Meals:
We will Gladly Feed your Vendors the same Meal as you and Your Guest at a Discounted Rate.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, Imperial’s Catering will retain all deposits made by the parties booking services as liquidated damages. Should cancellation occur within five days (5) of the event date, the parties booking the services will be responsible for seventy five percent (75%) of the final bill.

Guarantee:
A guaranteed minimum number of Guest and any Changes of Menu are due five (5) Business Days before your event. This number is not subjected to reduction, but maybe increased. If the actual number of guests in attendance falls below the guaranteed number, you will be obligated for the balance, based on the guaranteed minimum requirements.
Insurance
Imperial's Catering LLC. is protected by the Product Liability, Auto, Worker's Compensation and Liquor Liability insurance. Certificates of insurance are provided upon request. Clients that are requesting to be named as additionally insured on our policies will be charged a fee of $ 50.00 to cover that expense. Any additional coverages requested by our clients will be completed at an additional charge.
Permits
Imperial's Catering LLC. has all the necessary Licenses and permits required for food and beverage services, we will gladly email you these documents upon request. Any Additional Permits, Licenses, or Venue Fees will be at the Clients expense.
